Astroworld was the brainchild of Judge Roy Hofheinz who wanted a Theme Park to rival Disneyland and the newly opened Six Flags Over Texas. amusement parks Houston
Designed by Randall Duell, Astroworld opened in 1969. The park thrived until a complete idiot demolished the park in 2005.
